Preferred Format for Masters. 3) Art/Printed Materials- Please note ALL Art & Print Specs Below. 4) IRMA/IPR form- This must be filled out and submitted before we can start production. Ask your Rep for help if you need it. 5) 110% of quoted order(s), in certified funds to process orders. 10% will be used towards freight, setup and/or overages. Please make payment(s) to either HRA Holding Co. Inc. or Howard Axtell personally. What Can Delay Your Project 1) Not completing any one of the steps from the list above! 2) Not approving the pdf proof of your disc art and if applicable match print for printed materials. 3) The absence of fonts or pictures from the art files. 4) Discrepancies between what was quoted for the project and what is needed to complete the project. Art & Printing Specifications: Software In Design Quark Illustrator Freehand MX Photoshop (for linked CMYK 300 dpi images, NOT TEXT) File Formats .eps or .ai (Illustrator or Freehand file formats) .indd (In Design file format) .qxd (Quark file format) .psd or .tiff (Photoshop file formats) Please Note: Include all fonts, and linked graphics. Graphics must be created using a minimum of 300dpi. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PDF'S FOR FINAL ART! |
